"Worse practice ever"

I have never known a doctors surgery like this, you look online to get help about your mental health problems and it always state's if your feeling low down or suicidal speak with your GP they will help you since I was diagnosed with having Depression & anxiety and suicidal thoughts and attempts and other health problems you would think that my GP would check on how I'm doing from time-to-time well not this Doctors I find this surgery very poor my medication is on repeat prescription so I never have regular checks and during Covid-19 when I needed there help I never got it and I can't understand why I can't see my doctor still only phone consultations given when other Doctors are back working again It just seems to be mine also I requested a full medical report 3 Months ago for something Important yet I've been told from the head of the reception that they haven't had time yet to even look at it my Doctor has told them to do my medical report but not got the time yet what a big joke I asked 3 Months ago how much time is needed
