"Generally a very good experience "

About: Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust

Fell up steps while out walking. Visited walk-in centre at RVH Folkestone and booked appointment. Was treated extremely well although had to wait a while, understandably. Severe bruising and scraping of shin. I have visited 4 times altogether as could not get an appointment at my surgery for re-dressing. I could not have asked for better treatment by staff who must be extremely weary and stressed by the circumstances they are having to work under due to Covid restrictions. Thank you to all the practitioners who treated me.

One criticism is the computer program I had to use to book in which I found to be very user unfriendly which I know is outside the remit of the staff working in the unit.
