"Very poor communication "

I’ve been waiting 8 month to get an appointment for my son allergy test.

After few minutes I’ve been sent away because he had taken médecin in less than 72hours before appointment- nothing was originally mentioned in the booking letter only : bring the red book and any medicine your child currently takes.

Very upset about it!!!
