"Long wait at A&E"

Came to a&e in the royal Victoria belfast hospital on tuesday night and waited 11 hours for a nurse to even triage me- left as I was told the wait was 8-9 hours and not once did any staff ask was I ok. My respirations were up, I lost consciousness at one point and only then was I given a bed to lie in. I had previously did I lateral flow test at home as a precautionary measure due to the covid-19 pandemic I did another as I came to a&e. All in all very dissatisfied. There was one kind nurse who gave me pain relief and a soft chair to sit on prior to losing consciousness and being given the bed - I was very appreciative of that staff member. But when advised by a doctor that I needed urgent medical attention I just felt so deflated, I again was at A&E and feeling worse than ever.
