About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

I attended the Minor Injuries Unit on the afternoon of July 20th, following a fall earlier in the day. I received the very best care, concern and reassurance, from the moment I checked in until I left 2 hours later, following initial assessment, X-rays, and treatment both from the Nursing staff in the MIU and from the Maxillo-Facial on call team. Everyone with whom I came into contact delivered a highly professional service which was second to none and which was delivered with empathy and care. I can't thank them enough - we are so lucky to have a hospital staffed with professionals like this in East Grinstead.
