Such professional polite caring staff- from the moment I was admitted the level of care was outstanding, the surgical team fun friendly and very informative regarding my operation- the nurses and ward manager gave constant updates on my timings and plans for my admission for the day. As a medic for the ambulance service I can honestly say my treatment involving Milton Keynes hospital working in conjunction with Blakelands have been outstanding. Blakelands made a very difficult day, into a pleasant worry free experience. I would personally like to thank everyone involved in my care yesterday, from the amazing friendly reception nurse to the kind soft reassuring hands of my anaesthetist. The hospital provided everything I would need on the day and on my discharge, they left no stone unturned . The hospital facilities also excellent, clean and in light of the covid 19 out break I was impressed with the high standard of hygiene and order they have taken to implement safety and prevent and risk to myself as a cancer patient and themselves threw out the day, while still giving that friendly care .
