Paul carried out a home visit.   He was courteous, respectful, funny and above all extremely, extremely helpful and supportive in answering all my questions.   Really professional!   Paul even went above and beyond to help me sort out other separate medical issues my elderly mother was having with her GP and pharmacy.   What impressed me so much was he didn't have to help us with these issues and could have rushed on to his next home visit but he offered and took the time to make phone calls etc, treating my elderly mother with empathy and compassion.     There are so many good nurses around but Paul's service has really impressed me.
