"Covid testing"

My father had to have a Covid test prior to a minor operation. 

He is 82 and gets easily confused and agitated so was very apprehensive about having the test. 

The wonderful staff at Batten bungalow couldn’t have been more helpful, caring and compassionate. 

We were greeted by a lovely nurse who immediately put my father at ease and explained everything so clearly. It was a very hot day and the waiting room could only hold 5 at any one time so they instead put a chair in the corridor for him to sit down and gave him some water and kept reassuring him. The lady who did the test was so cheerful and made my father laugh (something which doesn’t happen very often these days!) 

All in all, exemplary staff, working very hard and efficiently. Thank you!
