Amanda & Laura were great, very smooth and efficient service. Its a shame the GP practices don't do the implants anymore because it would make it easier for patient. I work full time, so to have an actual appointment was really helpful, as last time I tried to book I was advised I would have to book a day off work and go and sit and wait with the off chance of getting an appointment...... So I didn't and had another baby lol!

Hi

Thank you for your feedback. Most GPs are fitting coils/Implants in Shropshire. Would you be happy to share who your GP is with, so I can feed this back to the senior management team to discuss with the commissioners of sexual health services. I am really pleased you were happy with the service you received.

We are not currently providing walk in clinics, this is since the pandemic, so it is appointment only until we receive any further information that the service provision is changing. This is good to know though, regarding your experience in the walk in clinics, as we can use this feedback to improve the way we run walk in services in the future. I apologise for your inconvenience.
