"Worst doctors surgery "

I have not had a good experience with this surgery once, I was in fact forced to join this surgery due to location and I had wanted to avoid them looking at reviews! I rarely contact the GP and will always use a pharmacy and carry on with everyday life! However today I was set home from work due to being really unwell for a week, I say I’m the queue 4 times because the reception staff kept ending the call when I got through! The reception staff were rude, this has always been the case in the 2 occasions I have contacted the surgery in my 3 years of living in this town! They make you feel small and are too abrupt! I then get told there’s no appointments left at all today after spending 30 minutes trying to get through, not even can I take a name an contact number and an offer to call back if an available slot!

I have some ongoing concerns regarding my health that I need to discuss with a GP that have been ongoing for 18 months and I’m allowing myself to be ill rather than be made to feel like I’m an idiot or causing problems which this surgery do!

If tih can avoid this surgery please do because they don’t care about their patients at all and it seems very 9-5 with patients being an inconvenience!
