"Too good to be true!!!"

I’ve spent the last 40 years in a neighbouring village experiencing the usual groans and moans associated with a typical surgery’s!!

Circumstances have led me to move to a nearby village called Rowhedge. I registered expecting the usual frustrations but….Ohhhh My!! There whole network is completely wonderful, they truly care about me which is a brand new experience!!! They call me to ask if there’s anything they can do, they are there for me in every way imaginable!! I call the surgery and they answer the phone…. No more trying everything you can to just get in a queue to make an appointment! To not make 266 attempted calls to get through (my personal record) to find there are no more appointments for that day!!!?

It’s so refreshing to find such a wonderful community surgery, wish I had moved to Rowhedge years ago. Well done to every single member of staff, you are truly amazing and I’m extremely grateful to be a member of the community!

Plus I might I live a little longer!!!!
