I recently had my gallbladder removed I was meant to be on the day ward but there was no beds so I was on one of the wards and the staff were nothing but amazing! From the nurses and healthcares and the surgical team even in recovery the staff were nothing but attentive and friendly. I felt safe and reassured at all times and the ward itself was kept clean at all times.
