"Best hospital I've been in"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

Had a knee replacement recently. The whole thing was great. Lovely people from the surgeon to the domestics, nothing too much trouble. This is my fourth big ortho procedure, and by far the best experience. Post-op care was great, I neither felt ignored or hassled. The staff worked very well round Covid restrictions. Good 4g reception on Ward 10, very important these days. Good food too, which has always been hard for hospitals.

If you're going to have big stuff done to you, you couldn't do much better.
