(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My stay has been so so good. Communication is outstanding from both doctors and nurses. I have no fear in asking questions as I know the staff are more than willing to sort me out with anything. I arrived via the ambulance service which was good and fast and I was actually quite surprised as I thought I would have had a longer wait. The staff have all been so good, the nurses especially. Its just really nice to have nice people around when your recovering. I feel fortunate to have a side room off the rest of the ward which is lovely and bright and I am really enjoying it. I feel everyone has been more than kind to me and from now on based on this experience so far I won't mind if I have to come back into hospital as I know I will be treated well.
