"Good care but some improvements needed"

I have come into hospital for an operation. I started my hospital experience in A& E which was a questionable time. The staff in A& E were more than good to me but the wait was horrendous and is something that needs to be worked on in order to provide the best care for the patient. The hospital staff are honestly amazing and they take time  to chat to me both about my care and my life in general which is a really nice touch. Any questions I have had are all answered in detail. The ward in general is a clean space and I feel comfortable and safe here. Although one thing I would say, on days like this when the temperature is so hot a fan is definitely needed as the temperature on the ward can get unpleasant. All in all my experience has been good.
