(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have one word to describe the hospital- Marvellous! 

The people here so far are absolutely brilliant. They are so attentive and would do anything for you. Anything you want they get you even though they're so busy.

I didn't have to wait long to be seen thank goodness.

I was offered food and water which was helpful. 

The doctor has kept me well informed and will update me on any further progress. It is great to have this reassurance. 

I wouldn't be able to think of any improvements to make to my experience.
