(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff are amazing in this ward. 

I was down in 2 north before coming up here and staff there seemed not particularly nice.

The staff on this ward have kept me well informed with good explanations so that I am able to understand. 

The food is brilliant and it is nice being in a side room by myself but it does get really lonely especially when I'm not allowed any visitors. 

I really think the visiting situation needs to change soon as it is annoying for everyone.

The showers are good on this ward.

I was down in the emergency department too and the staff were lovely.
