About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Elderly Medicine (Wards 51, 52, 54,55, 57, 8a & 2a)

(as a relative),

All the staff in this ward are outstanding. The service and care they provide for my dad is amazing. The staff are responsive to my dad needs and are constantly updating me at all times with information. I am also delighted that they took the time to ask me personal information to ensure that my dad's stay is comfortable. I also love the sense of humor in the staff. They sing, dance and joke with him. Thankyou so much to all the staff you are all so loving and caring and an asset to the NHS and my family xxx Maureen, thank you so much xxx

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback of your experience of visiting your dad in the Elderly Medicine ward of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It was humbling to read how the staff have made your dad feel comfortable and relaxed while providing excellent care during his stay.

I'm glad the staff have also been providing you with regular updates and took the time to ask what mattered when it came to your fathers care needs.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to the staff involved who I'm sure will be as touched as I was to read how you and your father held them all in such high regard.

I hope your father is feeling better and thanks again this means a lot to the staff in these difficult times.
