They started off well but the past 3-4 months the service has been really poor - they call you at random times to arrange the next delivery and if you miss it you have to call them back - I have often had to wait on the line around an hour for my turn but yesterday I was 23rd in the queue! Poor response when you try to arrange by email instead. Staff are great when you finally get through to them but the service is not fit for purpose in its current state.
