(as a service user),

I arrived at the emergency department by ambulance and I have to say the ambulance staff were amazing, I would give them 10/10.   Since being admitted, everything about my experience has also been 100%. The staff, doctors and nurses have all been excellent. I didn’t have to wait very long for any scans or treatments either.
