Thank you to the Kings A2 ward, my recent emergency admission was, although I was extremely poorly a happy and caring experience. The teams, daytime and evening taking care of me were professional, caring, understanding and full of quiet stoic goodness. Nothing was a challenge, everything within their means was carried out beautifully and empatheticly with cheerfulness when appropriate. Unfortunately I witnessed a couple of incidents where patients were verbally abusive, demanding and downright rude, I found this very scary for the nurses and even myself, but they the nurses handled it amazingly well. It’s so sad that obviously Covid has had to restrict so many things, but at the end of the day if we all adhere to what we should especially whilst in hospital, the world would fortunately be a much better, safer and happier place. Thank you for the amazing care.
"Remarkable care"
