About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended FVRH on Friday for an operation on  what turned out to be a very large cyst above my left ear underneath the scalp.   I was  attended by Barbara with Joanne and Chris.   I was treated very well and the sense of humour was good.   Very caring people and put me at ease throughout the procedure.   I was amazed at the lack of waiting time and the relaxed atmosphere in the room was great.     Thanks all.
