"Not following rules and helping the virus to…"

About: Spring Grove Medical Practice

I visited the surgery on Saturday morning for a blood test. When I entered the building first think wich put me off was a very unpleasant smell. The waiting area was very hot and unpleasant, not even a single window opened, plus when I asked the receptionist to open a window for fresh air, she only rolled her eyes and ignored my request. It is shocking and unacceptable that in the middle of pandemic, when tousents of people are catching the virus every day, such a simple protection measure like opened windows for better ventilation is not practised by a GP surgery. They should be called spring grove virus distribution centre not a medical centre. Good ventilation is crucial for keeping people safe not only from corona but also from other airborne infections and opening windows doesn't cost anything, that's why it is very important to keep windows opened. Unfortunately in this GP practice they don't know about it.
