I have been advised ( in writing on a discharge letter) that my aortic stenosis is now severe. I have all the documentation in discharge letters. I have even been talked to by surgeon who agrees op. the right way to go. . Had a night in hospital last week after feeling really bad, heaviness on chest, tightness in jaw. On discharge, I was told it could be years or even never, to get an operation. How do I cope with this news? A fortune has been spent on tests, angiogram, echocardiogram, Xray, MRI scan, blood tests, urine tests, respiratory tests only to be told no operation for years, if ever
