"Rude nurses"

I visited the urgent treatment centre yesterday and left in floods of tears by the way I was spoken to and cut off when I tried to speak. I was made to feel stupid and spoken down to that left me in utter shock. I felt like I was an inconvenience even though I was in pain and never once did I feel a caring nature from two of the staff I saw. I put it down to maybe just a bad day but there really was no excuse for reducing someone to tears who already felt rubbish. I never go to hospital for anything and probably won't choose to go again.
