I have been in hospital for over a week now and I cannot fault any aspect of the care I have received. I started off in Daisy Hill and then was transferred to Craigavon. This was a seamless transition process and there were absolutely no problems at all. Every staff member I have come into contact with has been lovely and it is clear to see that they care so much for each of their patients and they never make it seem like you're asking too much of them. All the doctors I have spoken to are very easy to understand and they make it clear what is happening with my care at every stage. I really appreciate their clear communication. The hospital and the ward (4 south) in particular is very clean and very comfortable and the food is lovely- there is lots of variety and it's excellent for a hospital! Even though I have been in hospital while COVID is still very much a threat, I have felt completely safe and don't feel at risk being here.
"An entirely positive experience in CAH"
