About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 4 North Surgical Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I started my experience in A& E and the service here was really good. I presented with stomach pain and was given a wheel chair to get from the carpark to A& E once in I was seen immediately by the kind and friendly staff. I feel communication throughout my experience has been very good and all elements of my treatment and care was been explained really well. Any questions I have had have all been answered and I never feel fear in asking a question. The ward is clean and tidy and I have thankfully had no problems with noise levels. Amazing care overall and huge thanks to all staff
