This has been my second hospital admission in the past 2 years and the staff have been more than good. The nurses especially have been so friendly and kind. Communication between staff and myself has been excellent and I love feeling listened to. Everything in explained to me in terms which I can understand which reassures me and makes my condition more understandable. The 4 south ward is very good and I feel I get more than enough privacy. In terms of the hospital environment I feel the temperature in the ward is perfect, the ward is also nice and clean. The food is also lovely and there is lots of it which is also a bonus.
I was taken into hospital by the ambulance service and there was a very long wait before there got to me but when they did the service was 1st class. To me the hospital service seems very efficient and I'm glad to be in craigavon compared to another hospital like the royal for example as it feels much more homely and the staff care is much more personal.
