"Wonderful Care From Day Surgery Ward"

I was recently in Day Surgery ward for orthopaedic surgery. I cannot fault anything throughout my time there. The pre-op assessment was very thorough and I was able to have any questions I had answered. On the morning of my surgery I was understandably apprehensive however all staff put me at ease. There are too many names to mention although those which I remember are Nancy (theatre nurse) and Shona (recovery nurse) they both put me at ease and went out their way to make sure I was comfortable. Also Steven (physiotherapist) he made sure I was confident and able to get around with crutches. I ended up staying overnight. Sarah looked after me both days on the ward and the care she gave me was second to none. Nothing was too much of a bother to her.  Of course also a special thanks also to Mr Shalaby and his team for fixing me up. 

I am a nurse and I know people are so quick to complain but I must highlight credit where credit is due. Thanks again to everyone for making my experience so positive.
