About: Dr S Phillips and Dr M Patel Practice

I have yet to experience such impatient and rude staff from the reception staff to the gps.

I managed to get an appointment with one of the doctors with severe pain in the knee after having torn a ligament, when I went in the bed was too high for me and the doctor just told me I can jump up on the bed!

She was in such a rush to get me out of there when I asked her about some test results she said she can't discuss them with me now and I need to make another appointment if I wanted to discuss them.

Needless to say I will be leaving the practice and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I am very sorry that you felt that you were treated rudely and impatiently. It is never our intention so upset our patients. I am surprised the doctor told you to jump on the examination bed as we have a stool to aid people with this.

we do have a separate telephone line for results , but I am surprised that the doctor did not give you the results straight away.

I hope that you find a practice that you will be happier with.
