"No follow up"

I was referred to the fertility unit at UCLH by my oncologist and the process has been extremely slow and frustrating. The initial referral didn't go through in October 2020, so I had to ask for a second referral. I didn't get my initial appointment until April 2021. At the appointment I was told an ultrasound and bloods would be booked in the next couple of weeks. It has now been 2.5 months, I have emailed around every 2 weeks throughout this time period and called numerous times; I have been told twice they are looking into why it wasn't booked, but gotten no response or booking. No one seems to have any idea what is going on or how to book anything. This is already a scary process for me and UCLH has just made it worse.
