About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was extremely nervous for my appointment to get a lump removed. David however kept me calm by chatting away to me & making me laugh. Lynda was the best support, I couldn't have had the local anaesthetic  without squeezing her hand! 

I honestly don't think I'd have managed this today if it wasn't for them. I was anxious about getting a doctor who was just there to do the job & get me out - David & Lynda went above and beyond to make me feel calm & reassured.

The nail marks have gone from Linda's fingers now and hopefully you are healing well too:)
