(as a service user),

I am writing to let you know that our district nurses are very caring. I suffered with ulcers on my foot and they were here every other day all of last years dressing it. I could speak to them about my problems and they were able to sort me out. 

Unfortunately I had to end up getting my leg off. I now love my new prosthetic leg + love no pain and am able to walk as long as i hold onto something. The district nurses certainly do a great job and very efficient and really do care for their patients.
