"Recent contact with DECSA Team"

About: Medicine for the Elderly

(as the patient),

I was referred to them by my GP and the pain clinic. They telephoned me to check that I was ok with them visiting me at home. A doctor and a nurse came and spent some time doing medical checks and discussing options with me. Another nurse came the following day to take blood then the original nurse came back to check me again and give me updates and results of blood tests etc. Communication was good with them keeping me informed. The staff were all very nice and helpful, treating me as an adult and not as a patient to be talked at as has happened to me in the past.
