About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 4 South

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My experience in 4 South has been good as the staff are all great and very attentive. I feel like my surgery has gone ok and all staff- both doctors and nurses have helped when I've needed it. There has been good communication and even though I'm often reluctant to ask any questions, any I have asked have all been answered well. I feel like the hospital is a safe place and I have adequate privacy. The hospital is a clean environment and the food is fine. There is enough access in terms of having visitors as well. Sometimes the ward can be cold at night so maybe something could be done about that. All in all, I feel like there are no improvements to be made as my care has been great.
