(as the patient),

Dr Bretland and HCSW Juliet fitted my IUD for me. I was extremely nervous as when I had my first one fitted it was very painful and I wasn’t given any pain relief.

Both Dr Bretland and HCSW Juliet were very reassuring and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable. They gave me a fan as I started to get very warm and they talked me through the entire procedure and kept me calm.
