"Poor practice"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

My daughter was transferred from York hospital on arrival she asked for painkillers she waited over 1/2hour when she requested it again she was informed this was a NHS not Bupa. There attitude to her was unacceptable. She was unable to get out of bed and when she requested a bed pan he shouted at her that they were on the window sill where they were out of reach . Frankly there overall attitude was appalling and to me they are a disgrace to there profession .
