"Concerns fall on deaf ears"

About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust

I have been referred to the walton centre on two separate occasions, with several medical professionals including my own GP, hospital consultants, cardiologists all asking for an urgent referral with expediting letters sent. The trust still don't consider my case urgent because a neurology consultant decided that. This did not take into consideration how badly the symptoms are affecting both my quality of life and severe detrimental impact on mental health. The consultants seem to have free reign over their appointments and the trust simply provide them with the resources to do that, I think it should be the other way around. Sadly there are no other neurological services in the area to choose from.
