(as a service user),

I started on insulin a couple of weeks ago phoned up to give my blood glucose readings and got the lovely Lynn again. She is so friendly and helpful and makes me feel like I am doing well so it encourages me to stick with this. Sometimes I feel like it’s my fault for getting type 2 diabetes but I don’t feel like that at all when I speak to Lynn and I never feel like she’s fed up with her job. She’s always cheery and it’s like she’s happy to speak to you.
