"Thank you"

I rang the surgery this morning as I have a painful ingrowing toe nail , on the same leg as I have a blocked artery and awaiting surgery at Derriford . I was invited to send a photo , not easy for an elderly technophobe but by some miracle I managed it . I received a call back very quickly to confirm that is looks infected so antibiotics are prescribed and also an appointment before too long to have this troublesome nail removed at the surgery . I am extremely grateful for the very fast response and courteous service . I hate to bother the surgery but sometimes , help is needed so I thank you very much indeed .
