"Poor, unfit for purpose service. "

So no opening hours on the internet, no CQC review and so far been on hold on every phone option for over half an hour to arrange much needed medication. This is an absolute joke of a service that’s totally unacceptable. If you haven’t got poor mental health,you will have after the frustrations of attempting to use this service.

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and these are displayed on our trust website North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Adult Health and Social Care Community Mental Health Teams. The Greenfields centre is part of North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. The CQC rating for the trust overall is outstanding. Our Adult Community Mental Health Teams achieved a rating of good. We are sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have had getting through on the phones, we have been made aware of some technical problems that have unfortunately contributed to delays, these difficulties have recently been addressed. We do plan to upgrade our phone system and in the meantime will be monitoring our service experience on an ongoing basis so we do appreciate the feedback that you have provided in this respect.
