"Well looked after"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

From arriving by ambulance to after care from surgery, I was looked after very well, A&E staff, ER, wards 34 & 35 excellent. Even posted my towel wrap back to me! Just hope all my surgery has gone well and will recover use of my arm. Thanks especially to the young girl with long ginger hair who took time to make me comfortable and to the young lad on ward 34 both health care workers, nothing too much trouble for them. It's often the little kindness that one appreciates the most. Xx

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I hope you are starting to feel better now and you are able to use your arm again. It must have been a very anxious time for you and I am so pleased to read how the staff on our orthopaedic wards ensured you were settled and comfortable throughout your stay. I agree the smallest things can make the biggest difference and your words will mean a lot to those who treated you.

I wish you all the best for the future.
