"Staff couldn’t be faulted!"

I was apprehensive on my arrival to hospital, however the staff on the Day Procedures Unit immediately revived me of all my worries. I was welcomed and made to feel so at ease, never being left alone. After 1 hour of waiting I was taken to theatre which in my opinion was very quick. They are clearly skilled yet weren’t assuming at all. My bed was so close to the nurses station so being alone in the ward didn’t affect me negatively. Additionally, the jam, sponge and custard was a very special treat! 

I couldn’t be more thankful.
