"Disrespectful staff"

Lack of communication for my daughters admission 

But more than that the staff on meau ward acted terribly unprofessional and uncaring and nasty  . There was a vulnerable patient afraid and left not able to feed themselves and the staff were mimicking them very loudly and laughing about them at the nurses station. It was incredibly sad and upsetting. 

I was on the ward overnight to keep my daughter calm but I was totally disgusted by staff that are supposed to care for us .

Also when taking groin swabs on another patient the staff member did not draw the curtains so no privacy for the patient . This was just a couple of examples of what I feel is a terribly run ward
