"No Practice"

I have tried to call this surgery over 80 times. I actually got through once, the advise? Call back! Do they have any idea how frustrating, upsetting and unacceptable this is? People need to see a GP, that is what a Drs surgery is for, or at least that's what it used to be for, now I really don't know. I know that we have COVID to deal with but there are other illnesses. I have been to the door to try and get an appointment, the answer? Call. Absolutely useless.
