Merina coil fitted, I was very anxious about the procedure as I've been on the pill so long but Doctor Katie made me feel at complete ease and fully explained everything to me and discussed my choices and made each choice very easy to understand, very calm professional also friendly with a bubbly personality. This made me much more relaxed Katie continuously asked me throughout the procedure if I was okay, it did hurt slightly but Katie kept my mind busy by speaking to me. Thank you, Katie.
