"Superb care"

I have just undergone ligament surgery on my ankle in the tenby day procedures unit. From the minute I signed in until the moment I left, every staff member I interacted with was absolutely brilliant. Very efficient and obviously put the care of the patient at the forefront of everything they did. It was clear to see that the ward I was on was understaffed it didnt get in the way of the care they provided to me and all on the ward. They were very engaging and made the stay as comfortable as could be. Big thank you..keep doing what you're doing! It's very much appreciated.
