Rang reception for advice re skin growth. Advised to email practice which I did. Received a call back from reception that day offering me a GP appointment within next few days. Saw GP and referred to Dermatology at local hospital. Seen by Dermatology 2 weeks later where squamous cell carcinoma was removed by punch excision.

I was very impressed by the efficiency and speed my query was dealt with and that it was taken seriously from the start, so a big thank you to everyone at the practice.
