"Visit to minor injuries clinic"

About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries

(as a service user),

I visited the minor injuries clinic in Arbroath with a head injury. While sitting waiting to be attended I observed the professional care that the staff showed while dealing with a young boy who had a disability, speaking to hima nd keeping him calm.

I had a really bad cut on my head that required 15 stitches. Ann and the other staff were marvellous, my sister who was a surgical high dependency nurse was very impressed with the quality of stitching and the care that I received. From the reception staff to the nursing staff were all very professional, kind and caring. A lovely well run department that is a credit to your hospital and to the NHS.

Many thanks for taking the time to send in your feedback.

It is lovely to hear such kind comments about the professionalism and care you witnessed and received from staff within the unit.

It is always lovely to hear such positive feedback and I will certainly ensure this is passed on to Anne and her team.

Kind Regards
