(as a service user),

I had to attend ambulatory care unit at Craigavon hospital. From the moment I entered, I was met with friendly staff who were professional and personable. The care I received was compassionate and second to none. I felt informed the entire time. Thank you to the consultant David, Sister Judith, Elise, Rory, Ellen, Loshann, Rachel and the lovely domestic staff for taking such great care of me. You are all doing a great job and are a credit to your profession.
